I would like to take this opportunity to speak to the service and care my family and me received from Corinne and Diane. My aunt became ill in Ontario and was hospitalized. She was all alone in Ottawa. She was no longer able to care for herself or her dog. To make matters worse there was no family left in Ottawa to help. I contacted Corinne and explained my aunt's situation. Corinne told me she and her teammate Diane would be able to help. They made suggestions we would have never thought of during this difficult time. They sprang into action before we signed the listing out of the kindness of their hearts. They found a foster home for my aunt's dog, arranged an appraiser for the contents in my aunt's home, and cleaners. When we arrived in Ottawa from the west coast they already had all the services in place. We were overwhelmed with the condition of my aunts home. It was in poor condition and filthy due to her illness. They were not at all concerned with anything than helping us with anything they could. The warmth of their smiles melted away the panic. They even went to buy boxes and dog nail clippers. This dynamic duo went over and above any realtor services my family has ever dealt with. They relieved so much stress and made things possible. They sold my aunt's home quickly. These and they are kind hearted, hardworking, and genuinely caring. I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone who wants an honest team to help.
